Upholstery cleaning is similar to carpet cleaning, but at a more gentle approach is required, it’s more of a hands on process. A typical sofa can take up to three to four hours to clean correctly. The process involves vacuuming the sofa as it is essential to remove the dry soil and dust, prior to the cleaning.

A similar Eco Friendly solution is mixed as a pre-spray is used to dampen the fabric and then a special soft hand brush is used to agitate the solution fabric to loosen the soil and dirt. Any stubborn soiled areas are treated with spotters.

Finally the hot water extraction machine is used to extract the dirty soil and chemical using the rinsing procedure and a specialist upholstery hand tool is used to prevent over wetting of the fabric and allow quicker drying times.

Turbo driers are also used during the cleaning process to remove as much moisture as possible prior to completing the work. The fabric will lighten in colour as it dries to give you that fresh, look like new appearance once again.
